Rules & Agreement

Read every rule before the registration form becomes available.

1. Only seven approved members participate in a contribution cycle. Every member remains responsible for required monthly payments until the cycle ends.
2. Monthly contribution is set by Admin. Payment is due from the 1st through the 7th day of each month using Nigeria time. From the 8th, ₦1,000 is added for every late day.
3. Every payment must include evidence and remains Pending until Admin confirms it. False, altered or duplicate evidence can lead to suspension.
4. Registration fee is ₦2,000. Registration fees and contributions must be paid only to the official GTBank account displayed on this website.
5. Your registered payout bank account cannot be changed directly. A new account becomes effective only after Admin approval.
6. Each member can see only his or her own collection month. Admin can see the complete collection schedule.
7. Admin may propose moving a member payment/collection month. The member must Accept or Reject the proposal; accepted is green and rejected is red.
8. After collecting a contribution payout, a member must continue paying until the last person/cycle obligation is completed.
9. A member withdrawing after collecting must settle all remaining contributions.
10. A member withdrawing before collecting receives confirmed contributions less a 12% withdrawal deduction, subject to Admin review.
11. Payment receipts, approvals, rejections, account changes, schedule changes, password resets and important Admin actions are retained in the audit record.
12. Members must protect passwords and keep phone number, passport photograph and bank information accurate.
13. By clicking Digitally Signed, the member adopts the displayed full name as an electronic signature and agrees to the contribution rules.
